wine suggestion...

If you ever have a chance to try a 2003 Château Bouissel Fronton, I highly recommend it. It's a red blend of 50% Negrette, 20% Syrah, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cot. it's probably semi-dry, and it just has a really nice flavor, both with food or by itself. I'm not a wine expert by any means, but this is one of the better wines I've had, personally.
